TERMS OF SERVICE

◇ Reference images are required, Picrew and other character makers are allowed. Game characters (MMOs, etc) are allowed but the pictures must be CLEAR.
◇ Payment must be up front and in full unless otherwise discussed. I will send you an invoice once we both have discussed and come to a clear understanding of what you want. After I receive payment, I will start the drawing.
◇ No major changes will be made to the drawing once the sketch is approved by you. Please be sure you like my art before commissioning me!
◇ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, please be understanding.
◇ If I cannot complete your commission for any reason, I will send you a full refund.
◇** I will not refund completed artwork.**
◇ I retain the rights to my artwork.
◇ Use of my art in any AI generator in any way is strictly prohibited.
◇ You may not resell my art in any way.
◇ NFTs will never happen.
◇ Please tell me ahead of time if you'd like to keep the commission anonymous, or if you don't want your commission posted publicly at all.
◇ Additional charges may apply if the commission turns out to be overly complicated, so please keep this in mind.
◇ I do not work on commissions on weekends!
◇ As I always say, please be patient with me, as I am a perfectionist and put 200% into my art, and take a little longer to finish things than most. Zero tolerance policy for rudeness and entitlement.

General things I WON'T draw:
◇ Real people without their consent (i.e. a surprise gift for a loved one is fine, basically what this bullet point means is no NSFW or otherwise offensive/slanderous art of real people)
◇ Guro/excessive gore/body horror (some blood/injuries are fine with me though, please feel free to ask)
◇ FNAF anything, MLP style (this doesn't mean I won't draw MLP sonas, just not in the signature style)
◇ For more information on NSFW content I will or will not draw, please contact me directly (no need to be specific, just ask what I won't do and I'll provide the info!)
